Player Bio - Philadelphia Eagles

A fourth round draft pick in 2005, Sean Considine is an intelligent player who possesses great football knowledge and an important grasp of the Eagles defensive scheme. He started at strong safety for the first eight games of 2007 before his campaign was cut short with a shoulder sprain that landed him on Injured Reserve.

2007 HIGHLIGHTS:

Picked off a Jon Kitna pass in the back of the end zone, thwarting a Lions drive vs. Det. (9/23)

Started at SS for the final 10 games and ranked 3rd on the team with 107 tackles. Was a valuable asset on special teams as he ranked 2nd in special teams production points (265) and 3rd in special teams tackles (26)
