• Notched his 1st career TD catch on a 1-yd. shovel pass from Peyton Manning vs. Jax. (12/2)

BIRDSEED:

• Owns and operates an automated machine service business in Lake Charles, LA
• Prior to high school, lived two years in Venezuela with his father, Bill, a petroleum engineer. Although he attended an English speaking school, became somewhat fluent in Spanish
• Was not recruited by any Division I football program and was not invited to the NFL combine. "That's all the motivation I have ever needed. I did not even start until I was a high school senior."

PERSONAL:

• Single and resides in Lafayette, LA. His mother, Mauri, lives in Lafayette. Has a brother, sister, and two step-sisters
• Earned all-district and all-parish honors as a wide receiver and running back in football and as a catcher in baseball at St. Thomas More HS. Was a football  teammate of Raiders WR Javon Walker
• Would be a pilot in the military if not playing football. "I've always wanted to be a pilot and I plan on taking lessons once I'm done playing. I'd also like to train to become a cop."
• Claims to be ranked 11th in the world in the video game, Guitar Hero. Also enjoys playing golf
• Grew up a die-hard fan of the New Orleans Saints. His all-time favorite Saint was RB Buford Jordan
• Was a teammate of Eagles DE Bryan Smith and Chiefs returner B.J. Sams at McNeese State
• Majored in marketing
