DE Juqua Parker ready to make a grand entrance
A versatile perfomer at defensive end, Juqua Parker (pronounced juh-KWAY) has definitely found a home in defensive coordinator Jim Johnson's scheme, and earned a starting spot at left defensive end for the final seven games of the 2007 season. Parker, who inked a five-year deal with the Eagles in 2007, has been one of the most consistent performers on the defensive line over the last two seasons, tallying 115 tackles and 12.5 sacks (including postseason). Parker was originally signed as a rookie free agent out of Oklahoma State by Tennessee in 2001 and played four seasons for the Titans before signing with Philadelphia during the 2005 training camp.
