How was your transition to the City of Philadelphia? "It's good to see something new. I've been in California for so much of my life, coming out here to the East Coast has been great. It's a different culture. Everything about it has been different. It's great for growth and for change, so I love it."

You were recently named the head of the United Way NFL Player Scouting Team to lead the search for volunteers. Why did you want to become a part of this? "As a professional athlete, I find great joy in giving back to my community and I want to inspire others to do so as well. In establishing the NFL Player Scouting Team, the United Way has created an amazing vehicle through which myself and fellow players can help spread the word about volunteer opportunities that exist right in our own communities. Our goal is to encourage 1 million pledges to volunteer as readers, tutors and mentors in order to help combat the high school drop-out rate. Please join me and the other members of the United Way NFL Player Scouting Team and pledge to help make a difference."
