CLEVELAND -- After each and every practice, tight end
Well, the hard work paid off Sunday as Harbor's 4-yard touchdown reception with 1:18 left gave the Eagles a 17-16 win over the Cleveland Browns.
"This offseason it was a big deal for me to catch as many balls as I could," Harbor said. ""t feels a lot more comfortable than it ever has. It's second nature."
Harbor didn't take long to answer "definitely" when asked if it was the biggest touchdown of his three-year career.
"It hopefully lets the coaches know that I can make the play in that situation if called upon," said Harbor, who finished with three catches for 16 yards and the touchdown.
Believe it or not, the Eagles executed the same touchdown play just a couple of weeks ago in the preseason win over New England. The biggest difference here is that
Harbor and fellow tight end
"D'Qwell was sitting there and I got across his face and Mike put it in a good spot," Harbor said.
The Eagles worked out veteran tight end Visanthe Shiancoe during Training Camp and reportedly showed interest in Jeremy Shockey. With plays like the one he had Sunday, Harbor showed why the Eagles kept their faith in the athletic all-around tight end.
"This was definitely a confidence boost," Harbor said.
