Moten, 24, spent Training Camp with the Eagles after playing a combined 12 games in 2011 with the Indianapolis Colts and Seattle Seahawks. The Eagles could use an upgrade on special teams, where they rank 29th in kickoff return average after allowing the Giants to gain over 30 yards a return on Sunday night. Rolle started 13 games for the Eagles as a rookie, but failed to retain the starting weakside linebacker job in Training Camp.
