QB Brandon Weeden - "(What's impressive is) his ability to pass downfield. He has a real strong arm. He knows the game because he's a little older. He knows what to look for and his arm is real strong so he can get it to the receivers downfield."
RB Trent Richardson - "I went through the rookie mini-camp with him and the OTAs. You know he has the ability to be great. You can look at him and he's like a brick house. He's real powerful, explosive. As a defender, you really have to think about how you're going to tackle this man because his lower body is real big and his upper body is real big. He brings that big, thick, brick frame to the game."
WR Josh Gordon - "In my opinion, he showed signs of greatness, but I think he needs a little bit more time. He's a real good player, but you can still tell he's young in the game."
Returner Josh Cribbs - "He's very athletic. He's a big, strong, physical guy, so it's hard to tackle him one-on-one. That's his strength. I think his experience and knowing what to look for in the punt team or the kickoff team helps. He knows what to look for and what to expect out of the return teams."
