Eagles To Host Inaugural Eagles Care Summit

Posted Apr 9, 2014

More than 100 representatives from 45 charitable organizations will gather at the NovaCare Complex to share best practices

Last year, in the tri-state area alone, more than 4.5 million people volunteered their time to local non-profits, charitable organizations and youth recreational clubs. The non-profits which these volunteers serve work to make our communities stronger. On Thursday, April 10, the Philadelphia Eagles will host the inaugural Eagles Care Summit at the team's training facility, the NovaCare Complex, where 45 non-profit organizations from Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware will come together to network and share best practices in an effort to strengthen these non-profits. Because strong non-profits make strong communities.

The day's agenda includes sessions on topics such as signature events, government, working with sports teams, networking, social media, leadership, media pitching, partnerships, and sales and benefits. Representatives from the Phillies, Sixers, Flyers, Union and Soul will also be in attendance to present on some of these topics.
