The Lions will be without starting defensive tackle Corey Williams, who underwent knee surgery a few weeks ago, this Sunday when they travel to Philadelphia.
Williams will likely be replaced by Sammie Hill, but he's questionable for this game with a toe injury that limited him in practice all week.
Also questionable is safety Louis Delmas, who has been sidelined all season with a knee injury. Delmas missed Friday's practice, but according to DetroitLions.com, that was by design.
"We had planned to ease him back at the end of the week,” Lions head coach Jim Schwartz said. "He’s doing well. He’s not having any setbacks and I’d like to keep it that way."
Starting defensive end Cliff Avril is also questionable with a back injury. He's been a full participant in practice the past two days.
Linebacker Stephen Tulloch was added to the injury report Friday with a knee injury, but he's listed as probable for Sunday's game.
Tight end Brandon Pettigrew and wide receiver Titus Young are also probable for the Lions.
The entire Eagles' 53-man roster, meanwhile, is healthy and available for Sunday's game. Eleven players were listed as probable, but the entire team practiced fully all week.
Ironically, the Lions are coming off the bye week. With this injury report, one would think the Eagles are.
