Cheerleaders To Unveil 2013 Calendar

DOWN THE SHORE: EAGLES CHEERLEADERS TO UNVEIL CALENDAR WITH TWO EVENTS IN ATLANTIC CITY

Calendar available for purchase on July 25th. All net proceeds donated to the Hurricane Sandy NJ Relief Fund

DETAILS:

Beach Competition - The Eagles Cheerleaders Beach Competition with Emergency Responders on Wednesday, July 24th is free and open to the public and will take place on the beach in front of The Chelsea beginning at 3:30 PM. The Cheerleaders will be sporting their "Eagles" bikinis and competing with Emergency Responders in a variety of beach games including Flag Football, Beach Volleyball, and an Obstacle Course. The Emergency Responders team will feature NJ State Troopers from nine different stations as well as firefighters from Atlantic City, all of which were involved in the response to Hurricane Sandy. The Eagles Cheerleaders created this interactive event as a way to personally thank them for their heroism.

CALENDAR PURCHASE INFORMATION:

The calendar will be available for purchase at PhiladelphiaEagles.com on July 25. It will also be available in Eagles Pro Shops and at Training Camp on July 28 (Cherry Hill and Lincoln Financial Field locations). Various bookstores nationwide will also begin carrying the calendar in mid-August.

All net proceeds of the calendar will be donated to the Hurricane Sandy New Jersey Relief Fund. The Hurricane Sandy New Jersey Relief Fund is a non-profit 501 (c) 3 organization dedicated to the relief and recovery of the victims of Hurricane Sandy. To date, the Fund has raised over $37 million from more than 29,000 donors world-wide.
