QB Donovan McNabb : McNabb completed his first eight passes -- two of which were touchdowns. He matched a career high with four touchdown passes on the day, but made the biggest play in overtime -- a 28-yard scramble -- to set up the game-winning points.
WR Terrell Owens: Owens delivered two touchdown catches, giving him eight for the season. With his fourth straight 100-yard receiving game, Owens raised his season total to 596 yards on 34 catches. However, he was penalized 15 yards for ripping down a sign after one of the scores.
WR Todd Pinkston: Pinkston emerged with six catches for 100 yards, the second time in his career he has hit the century mark receiving in a game. He set the tone with a 65-yard reception on the game's first play.
TEs Chad Lewis and L.J. Smith: The tight ends had been quiet the last few weeks, but the duo combined for seven receptions and two touchdowns.
Quintin Mikell : Mikell forced a fumble and recovered a fumble in kickoff coverage.
LB Jeremiah Trotter: Replacing the injured Mark Simoneau, Trotter recorded nine tackles.
FS Brian Dawkins: Dawkins registered a sack along with eight tackles. Then came the questionable roughing-the-passer call on a fourth-and-7 play. It appeared that Dawkins made minimal contact with Garcia.

K David Akers and the Special Teams: Great all around. Akers' kick was the clincher, but the Eagles also forced and recovered two fumbles from the Browns return teams and punter Dirk Johnson averaged 45.2 yards per boot.
QB Donovan McNabb: On a day the offense rolled up 488 yards of offense, No. 5 was the triggerman, throwing for 376 yards on 28-of-43. He was picked off once. Ironically, McNabb threw for 4 scores in his last appearance in Cleveland (12/10/2000). McNabb also accounted for the team's longest run of the day.
RBs Dorsey Levens and Reno Mahe: When Brian Westbrook left the game with a chest contusion, the veteran Levens and Mahe stepped in and stepped up. Levens ran very well in gaining 48 yards on seven carries. Mahe caught two passes for 18 yards.

WHAT THEY SAID |
|
"I knew it was straight, but I didn't know if it was going to get there. Before overtime, I told the coaches that 50 (yards) was all I had."
-- K David Akers on winning kick
"As a teammate, you are thinking about him, making sure he is alright. As a player, you know you have to step up and when your number is called, make something happen. It is part of the job."
-- RB Reno Mahe on stepping in for RB Brian Westbrook
"You always have to be tested. It was a test against Minnesota, it was a test this game, and I am sure it will be a test from now on."

| BIG PLAY From the Eagles' 22, the offense's second possession started with McNabb advancing the ball to midfield with a 28-yard scramble around the left side. McNabb then sandwiched a pair of completions to Reno Mahe around a Dorsey Levens run. Another Levens' run -- a six-yarder -- moved the ball to the Browns' 32. From there, Akers came on to provide the heroics, a 50-yard kick that just did make it over the crossbar.
