Rob Alberino and his Eagles Television Network crew are in Arizona filming quarterback Donovan McNabb's workouts. McNabb took a breather to give an update on his rehab and discuss the importance of building the team chemistry while in Arizona ...

1. The big question is, how are you feeling?

"I'm getting better. I think at this point it's hard to say because I'm pushing it to a point where it will prepare me for what we do in training camp. Obviously, you're trying to be smart with it still. At this point, again, you want to continue to strengthen. You want to take it slow, but in doing that you're working to prepare yourself for a good season."

2. What does being out here in Arizona offer you and your teammates?

"It gives us an opportunity to work on timing, chemistry and bonding. We have a couple of new faces and faces that will step into key roles. This will give us a kind of an up on the competition so to speak, having a chance to work together before camp. Things are going well. We're pushing each other, training together, eating together and just kind of spending quality time with each other and I think that takes us a long way."

3. Does spending time out here with your teammates connect you with them not only on the field, but off the field as well?

"It does, it does. And I've always been a believer of guys having that relationship with each other, not just in the business world, but kind off the field, so to speak. When I say off the field, I mean as far as going out to eat, getting to know somebody on a more personal level. Finding out what they like to do, hobbies. Not just football because you get tired talking about football but just learn about their families, spend time with their families, introduce their families to your families, going to a movie or something. Whatever it may be, it's important in the business world because it's not all about football, but kind of how relationships get built after football."
