The Eagles parted ways with Zach Tuiasosopo on Tuesday, as they have waived the fullback.
The 6-2, 245-pound Tuiasosopo spent the entire 2006 season on the Eagles practice squad. Tuiasosopo was going to challenge incumbent starter Thomas Tapeh, Jason Davis, a second-year player who spent his rookie season on the injured reserve list and Jeremy Cain for the fullback job in training camp.
Tuiasosopo was originally signed as a rookie free agent by the Steelers in 2005 and spent his first year in the league on Pittsburgh's and Oakland's practice squads.
