Injuries: [DT] Michael Patterson broke his hand and came back in and [RB] Brian Westbrook sprained his ankle and he came back in.

The game was completely my responsibility for not getting my football team ready to play. It was embarrassing. It was embarrassing on my part and the job that I did and it trickled down to the players and the coaches. You're not going to win football games in the National Football League playing like we did there. We've got to get it together here and we've got a week to figure it out.

On whether he sensed the team was not ready to play during the week: "No."

On what he didn't do during the week to prepare the team: "I didn't get them ready to go. Obviously we came out and played flat and it starts with me. It starts with me on the play calling side of it. It starts with me getting the team ready to go."

On if he decided to defer winning toss to get a wind advantage in the second and forth quarters: "It didn't matter any way. When we had the wind we didn't do very good either."

On the number of mistakes made: "Can't play football like that and that's my responsibility. We can't have guys jumping off sides, penalties, dropped balls, you name it. You can't do that. You can't do that and win in the National Football League.

On what needs to be done to change things: "Keep practicing. We're going to practice and practice until we get the thing right."

On whether the team would practice this week: "We'll see. I'll be in tomorrow."

Commenting on the character and camaraderie on the team: "I have high expectations for the team but you're not going to win playing the way we did today."

Commenting on whether he would be tougher on the team this week: "I'll do what I need to do."

On the appearance that both offensive and defensive lines were dominated by Jacksonville: "They didn't play well enough."

On if the Eagles could win with their current personnel: "Yes."

When questioned about what it is he needed to correct: "You don't have to worry about it I'll take care of it. I'm going to take care of it."

On the mistakes made by Donovan McNabb: "Everybody had a piece of this thing from my play calling and putting them in the right position and executing the plays. I can't pick out a good point across the board."

On what is missing in the current Eagles team: "We made too many mistakes. That's the problem. We've got to stop and you've got to come out and play emotional football and I didn't get the guys in the position to do that."

On why the team hadn't responded to him after two straight losses: "We haven't done it. I haven't gotten them to the point they need to be. I didn't get it done."

On the possibility of making some roster adjustments in the coming week: "We'll see. We're going to look at everything over the next week."

On the possibility of signing Will Peterson: "We'll see. We'll see what happens there."
