I registered a child for a membership kit today. When shall he/she expect it to arrive?
Please allow 3-5 weeks from the time you register until you receive the membership kit.

How do I renew my child's membership?
To renew your membership, please visit us at https://secured.jacksongroup.com/EaglesKidsClubSite/Default.aspx and enter you email address and password. If you forget your password, simply click the "forget password" button and it will be sent to you in an email.

My child is a member and I need to make changes to our account. How can I inform the club of our new information?
To make changes such as a new address or phone number, all you have to do is log on to your personal account. To do this, simply enter your email address and password at https://secured.jacksongroup.com/EaglesKidsClubSite/Default.aspx and make any changes you feel necessary.

My child lives out of the area (state, country) - can we still be members?
Of course you can - the Philadelphia Eagles are fortunate to have fans all over the globe! If you reside out of state, you may enroll online through www.PhiladelphiaEagles.com or you can click here to print the registration form off of the above website and mail it along with US funds in the amount of $20 per child ($10 for the club membership and a $10 shipping and handling charge for international destinations) to the following address:

You may also call the Philadelphia Eagles Kids Club Hotline at (267) 570-4300 to request a registration form. Simply leave your first and last name along with your mailing address, and a form will be mailed to you.

My child lives outside of the United States. Is he/she eligible to participate and win the contests that you advertise?
Most of our contests are open to members who live in close proximity to the Philadelphia region and can provide their own transportation, where applicable. While we would love to be able to offer these contests to all of our members, we are simply unable to supply the transportation and accommodations necessary for international members and those living outside of the Philadelphia region. With this in mind, we will offer some contests where on-site participation is not necessary, thus all members near and far are eligible.

I do not have a credit card/I am not comfortable giving my personal information out on the internet. Can my child still become a member?
Absolutely - the Philadelphia Eagles Kids Club is open to all children ages 14 and under. If you have access to the internet, simply log on to our website, www.PhiladelphiaEagles.com and click here to print the registration form. For members living within the United States, send the completed form, along with $10 per child to the following:

Is this membership a lifetime membership?
To keep the Club fresh and exciting, each child's membership will last for a year from the time they sign up. As the anniversary date approaches, you will be sent a renewal notice from the Philadelphia Eagles at which time you have the option to renew for another year. The Eagles will continue to create innovative ways to keep the Club new and exciting throughout the years.

My child lost/misplaced the membership card . how can I get a new one?
We are happy to offer replacement membership cards at a small fee of $3 per replacement card. This fee covers the cost of the card and printing, fulfillment and postage fees. If you'd like to order a replacement card, please send a check or money order in the amount of $3 per replacement card, payable to Philadelphia Eagles LLC, along with the member's name (spelled correctly) and address where the card should be sent, to the following address:

Please allow 2-3 weeks for a new membership card to arrive.

How will I know if my child has been selected as a contest winner?
All contests will be announced by the Philadelphia Eagles through our website, www.PhiladelphiaEagles.com. We encourage you to check back for updates and we will inform all members of upcoming contests through e-mail or via postal mail, depending on which option you choose at the time of registration.

To be eligible, members must register for each contest through www.PhiladelphiaEagles.com or via postal mail, and must meet with the rules and guidelines set forth by each specific event and announced on PhiladelphiaEagles.com. Members that register will be chosen at random and will receive a call from a Philadelphia Eagles employee who will congratulate you and provide you with further details.

 Is my child eligible to win more than one contest per year?
Unfortunately not. We have many Philadelphia Eagles Kids Club Members and would like as many as possible to participate. However, at each renewal, your child once again becomes eligible for contests held in that year.

The registration form asks - Please contact me with Eagles Kids Club offers and Newsletters via email or Postal Mail.' What will you use this for?
This information is strictly for use that pertains to the Philadelphia Eagles Kids Club and as a way of contacting you. This pertains to elements such as, but not limited to, the Newsletter, events and contest information. We recognize that all members favor different means of communication and are giving you the option to choose. However, if possible, we recommend email since it is the most efficient way for us to communicate with our members.

Is my membership information private and will it stay within the Philadelphia Eagles Organization?
Yes, absolutely! All information you provide will only be used by the Philadelphia Eagles for Eagles Kids Club related purposes. We will never sell or otherwise distribute your information to a third party.
