TERRITORY: The term "Territory" shall mean the Eagles' "Home Marketing Area", which, as of the date hereof, consists of (i) the City of Philadelphia and the surrounding territory to the extent of seventy-five (75) miles in every direction from the exterior corporate limits of Philadelphia, except that in any case where another NFL team holds a franchise for a city whose exterior corporate limits are within one hundred (100) miles of the exterior corporate limits of Philadelphia (including New York and Baltimore), the Territory shall only extend to and include an area of one-half the distance between such city and Philadelphia, and (ii) the remainder of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (other than the area extending seventy-five (75) miles in every direction from the exterior corporate limits of any city in Pennsylvania (other than Philadelphia) for which another NFL team holds a franchise (including Pittsburgh)).

TO ENTER: Open only to legal U.S. residents, who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Sweepstakes is offered in KFC and Taco Bell restaurant locations in PA, NJ and DE. Sweepstakes begins Wednesday, August 29, 2007 and ends Monday, December 10, 2007. To enter, visit any participating KFC or Taco Bell location for your Eagles 75 Seasons 32 ounce beverage cup. Obtain your online sweepstakes entry code by reviewing the artwork on the cup. Visit www.philadelphiaeagles.com and click on the "Eagles 75 Seasons Sweepstakes" banner to complete the online entry process. Every 32 ounce beverage cup contains a unique code, and every valid code submitted is one unique sweepstakes entry. Each unique code can only be entered one time. To enter without purchase, hand print your name, complete address, e-mail address, daytime phone number and date of birth on a 3" x 5" card, and mail to: KFC Taco Bell "Eagles 75 Seasons Sweepstakes" c/o Philadelphia Eagles Corporate Sales, One NovaCare Way, Philadelphia, PA 19145. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 7, 2007 and received by December 10, 2007. One entry per envelope per household, mailed separately. No copies or mechanical reproductions of mail-in entries will be accepted. Neither KFC nor Taco Bell; the Philadelphia Eagles LLC; Eagles Stadium Operator; the National Football League, or any of its 32 Clubs (collectively "the NFL"); nor any of their employees, representatives or agencies are responsible for lost, late, damaged, delayed, destroyed, misdirected, incomplete, illegible or postage due entries/mail or for incorrect online entries. Once submitted, entries become the exclusive property of the KFC / Taco Bell, and will not be returned.

PRIZES: Eagles shall fulfill all prize delivery to winners based on the following prizing schedule: September 21st, 2007 random drawing for (5) winners to receive (2) tickets each for a Breakfast with Legends event; September 28th, 2007 (5) winners to receive (2) tickets each for a Breakfast with Legends event; October 5th, 2007 (1) winner to receive (2) spots with the Eagles traveling party to Washington DC for the Redskins game on November 11th; October 12th, 2007 (5) winners to receive an autographed replica helmet; October 19th, 2007 (5) winners to receive an autographed replica helmet; October 26th, 2007 (5) winners to receive an autographed replica jersey; November 2nd, 2007 (5) winners to receive an autographed replica jersey; November 9th, 2007 (5) winners to receive (2) tickets each for a Breakfast with Legends Event, November 16th; 2007 (5) winners to receive (2) tickets each for a Breakfast with Legends event; November 23rd, 2007 (5) winners to receive (2) tickets each for a Breakfast with Legends event; November 30th, 2007 (3) winners to receive (2) tickets each to the VIP Tailgate Party at the Buffalo Bills home game; December 7th, 2007 (2) winners to receive (2) tickets each to the VIP Tailgate Party at the Buffalo Bills home game; December 14th, 2007 (1) winner to receive a pair of season tickets for 2008 home pre-season and regular season games at Lincoln Financial Field." Dates and times for various games and events are subject to change by KFC / Taco Bell and/or Philadelphia Eagles LLC and all prize details and fulfillment information will be conveyed directly to winners after they are randomly selected.

THE DRAWING: Winners shall be selected at random from the pool of qualified online and mail-in entries. You need not be present to win. Entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and abide by the winner selection process which is final and binding in all respects. Winners will be notified within three (3) business days of the drawing via phone. If winner cannot be located or fails to claim prize within five (5) days after notification, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. If prize is forfeited, no compensation will be given. No responsibility is assumed by KFC / Taco Bell, Philadelphia Eagles LLC, Eagles Stadium Operator, the NFL, its licensed distributors and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, agents and employees for lost stolen, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received. In the event of non-compliance with these requirements, such prizes will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.

ELIGIBILITY: Employees of KFC / Taco Bell, LevLane Advertising and Public Relations, The Philadelphia Eagles LLC, Eagles Stadium Operator, the NFL, their respective affiliate companies, parents, subsidiaries, agents, advertising and promotional agencies, their immediate families or persons residing in the same household of such employees are not eligible to enter or win. Subject to applicable federal, state and local laws. By participating, participants agree to release and indemnify and hold harmless KFC / Taco Bell, Philadelphia Eagles LLC, Eagles Stadium Operator, the NFL, their parents, subsidiaries, dealerships and affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and agents and all other entities involved in the administration or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes and their respective directors, officers and employees from any and all liability, claims, damages or injury with respect to heir participation and the acceptance and use of a prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or comparable value should any offered prize become unavailable. By participating in the sweepstakes, entrants agree to release Sponsor, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of the directors, shareholders, agents, officers and employees of each (collectively, "Released Parties") from (a) any and all liability, loss, harm, damage, costs or expense whatsoever, including all reasonable counsel fees and court costs incurred and (b) property damage, personal injury or death which may occur in connection with participation in the sweepstakes, and acceptance, use or misuse of any prize (including, without limitation, any travel or activity related thereto). By participating in this sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by the official rules and the decisions of the judges. Released Parties are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes, or in the announcement of the prize. Any and all federal, state and local taxes on prize are the winner's sole responsibility. Also the winner's responsibility are any unspecified expenses, including transportation to and from Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia and incidental items, related to acceptance/use of prize, except at KFC / Taco Bell's sole discretion due to prize unavailability, for any reason, and then only for a prize of equal or greater value. No prize transfers. It is possible for an individual to win more than one prize during the promotional period.
