We are once again accepting nominations for the Philadelphia Eagles Community Quarterback Award – a program that recognizes outstanding volunteers in the Eagles market and the charitable organizations that they serve. Charitable organizations are invited to nominate exceptional volunteers who exemplify leadership, dedication, and a commitment to improving the communities in which they live. Individuals are also encouraged to nominate themselves or a friend for this amazing recognition.
The Community Quarterback Award winner will receive $10,000 toward the non-profit organization that they serve while the two runners-up receive $2,000 each! The remaining seven finalists will receive $1,000 donated in their names to their organizations.
To submit an application, fill out the nomination form accessed by the link above. Please note, organizations may nominate more than one volunteer!
All applicants should exemplify leadership, dedication and a commitment to the community. Residents within 75 miles of Philadelphia, age 18 and over, who provide volunteer services for nonprofit 501(c)(3) or 509 organizations are eligible for nomination. Nominees may only serve in a volunteer capacity and may not receive any compensation – monetary or otherwise – for their efforts.
Nominations must be postmarked by Friday, February 20th, 2014.
We look forward to receiving your nominations!
